i-SKY support and encourage every individual to develop a sustainable, holistic, "Aquarian," yogic lifestyle. We recognise the "3HO lifestyle" as one such - but not the only one and we recommend it as an example not a prescription. i-SKY does not have a direct involvement with 3HO other than through IKYTA (teachers association) and KRI (certifying body).
3HO (Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization) is a non-profit organization established by Yogi Bhajan in 1969. 3HO describes itself as a spiritual community welcoming of all religions and lifestyles. The stated mission of 3HO is to "share the lifestyle, yoga and meditation practices of Kundalini Yoga," and the 3HO Foundation serves as the central organization for a global community of yoga teachers, students, and everyday people who practice and share the Kundalini yoga and lifestyle teachings of Yogi Bhajan.
