What is your love like?
Posted in Judy Fraser passed away Christmas 2018, quietly, at home with her family. She will be much missed by many.
Love and loving is important so we need to ask ourselves is our love self-serving or disinterested? Disinterested love expects nothing from others, it is not anxious, it does not cling to them, and it does not disturb them. It is a gushing spring, constantly giving without bothering to know who will come to take its water; it takes pleasure in sharing it without counting. Self-serving love, on the other hand, has a violent effect on others, for it is really only seeking to take, and at the slightest disappointment it expresses itself through impatience, anger, resentment, it lays guilt trips and imprisons. Disinterested love also avoids doubts, distrust and arguments and establishes joy, beauty and hope. It is a new life opening up and constantly making others freer, stronger and happier. So now ask yourself what your love is like?
Over the past cycle we have been stretching ourselves beyond old genetic and environmental shadow lands as we bore the constant pain of transmutation. We’ve felt the unending waves of unresolved emotions as we felt the unending waves of unresolved emotions both within ourselves and those we felt responsible for. We coddled the squeamish and the wounded inner child, as we tried to calm the ego’s roar. We lived through lack, scarcity, poverty, isolation, heartbreak, loss, sickness and disease, now it’s time to let go of this era once and for all and to move into the abundance of all that we have earned be that respect, love, abundance or whatever. Old suffering is just to uninteresting to talk about. The new wave is upon us and we just need the willingness to let go of the old and move into the new. We are embarking on a brand new journey into a brand new future, one that is currently unknown to us yet the outcome is written within our DNA and our revised spiritual/human blueprints. Our pasts are no longer relevant to our present.
Many of our old soul ‘contracts’ are up time to move into greener pastures - what a blessing. It will take us time to figure it out and to restructure be it personal or professional but providing we commit we will be shown step by step. We are here in service to life and life is for living! The profoundly difficult parts of our journey are done for some and beginning for others. We will be placed where we can be a part of the lives of others we harmonise with and be broken free of those we can no longer assist or be assisted by. So we watch the nuts and bolts of life and allow ourselves to navigate the forward movement rather than trying to restrict it. We are being freed even if we don’t realise it as yet. If you want to sit in the old cage you can but as the door is now open it would be a travesty and a tragedy not to walk through it - beauty awaits!
