Mental Strength
Posted in Judy Fraser passed away Christmas 2018, quietly, at home with her family. She will be much missed by many.
Mental strength in theory can only be fully assessed if our heart is strong. The union of the two becomes invincible. The brain can only interpret data previously received. Because of this the brain is a part of the problem because it can be too easily distracted, deceived, and defeated with old historical fear programmes. The cure for this comes from the heart. When the heart is open and gets past old damage we become able to flow love information both inwardly towards ourself as a person made to be the best we can be, and outwardly towards all comers. The brain and heart then re-start to connect into the universal. The universal conveys the wonder of life, love, creation of beauty, greater levels of awareness and continuance. We become more connected and learn to interpret and apply through the mind as we free ourselves from historical ignorance.
We begin to clear the subconscious as well as the conscious from even deeper ‘hang ups’ from survival struggles of old. Only when we have planted the seeds of purification can new ones seed and sprout. Within the less visible realms we are gathering a ground swell of desire for peace and loving co-existence to over-write history. If or when we find ourselves overwhelmed by old patterns where disillusionment, disappointment, cruelty and tyranny pervade we reconnect to the power of the heart. It is the connection to the greater and the true seat of personal power. This focus is so powerful if practised and used consistently we gain understanding, compassion, the capacity to detach and refine what we have already learned to essence making room for a new reality This is never perfect in the ‘gospel’ according to our ideals but contained within it is what is required. It leaves room in both brain and heart for the new to enter in. While we wait for this to happen we can feel ‘thick’ as we have problems remembering anything even where we left the house key! And our heart may feel somewhat heavy as we cannot ‘see’ the way which does not mean to say there isn’t one!
We transmit and receive new information as we build on it piece by piece until we have enough clues to solve our mystery. At these times we may feel sad with no apparent valid reason as our heart cleanses and clears old painful life lessons. These maybe from our life experience, it maybe group pain, ancestoral pain or whatever. It is also why we feel ‘brain dead’ on occasion and can remember little of anything for a while. This occurs so we can create the space and opportunity to change our perspective. It is as practical as clearing our wardrobes, our kitchen clutter etc. Living our learning through experience in life. As we view the reactions of others and compare it with what we feel we ‘know’ we formulate the next step. We assess how we experience and feel with the manner in which others conduct themselves. We may think or feel (brain and heart) one thing as we try to rationise our experience and then find ourself doing something quite different anyway! We may walk away or walk towards both are valid steps on our path.
It requires a strong mind to look past the visible and interpret the information. It requires modestly and humility to ‘know’ what is for us NOW and what is for another. Finally our mind is strengthened to enable us ti focus on ‘our’ piece of the collective jigsaw freeing all who surround us to be able to do the same.
If we are capable of focusing mentally then our mind becomes strong enough to let our heart expand. The ego must recede along with the desire to be famous, rich or acknowledged by the people of the earth. We focus on the love of all and use that love with laser precision so all feel it. People compete for attention and want full attention often ignoring those around who serve them right here and now. We learn to find joy in all experience, we build our character to the level where all life benefits from our presence. It requires empathy, forgiveness and the creation of a boundary that is supportive to all. We practice love until the majority of our interactions demonstrate unselfish love towards all. We can move from separation into unity consciouness if we open our hearts we find community accepts us and seeks us out. It maybe a family, a neighbourhood or a community. As we build this framework we find ourself a part of it as we start to reach across countries. As we negotiate we have to be able to face bald truth and to listen and see the truth within the viewpoints other associates present to us.
When we feel negative in mind we are not aligned with love. It becomes a discipline to remind ourself of this as we do so we free ourselves and many others. This is love. It maybe a face to face contact, or it maybe though consistently thinking kind and loving thoughts towards all, as well as being able to discern what is for us and what is not. We are involved in this work right now so we can birth the new state within us and as a result we find ourselves with new people and in new situations. We align with those whose harmonic resonates with our own as others fall away to find their octave as we find our own.
