RENEW TO BE YOU (30th December 2024 – 1st January 2025) an i-SKY reunion event showcasing the exciting innovative work of past alumni featuring a Guru Dharam masterclass and an introduction to Knowga with Darryl Guru Dharam & Darryl will be present throughout the retreat This event replaces our regular student led New Year Retreat (as there are no current local students*) * i-SKY courses at the Ufton Court UK “mothership” were paused post Covid, whilst the venue prioritised a large back log of other bookings, and since March 2020 we have not returned there – until now. Come and join us for a dynamic and/or peaceful, transformative and restorative winter retreat in the impressive setting of Ufton Court, a Tudor/Elizabethan Manor House with picturesque and secluded grounds amidst rolling woodlands near Reading, Berkshire. Be inspired by community, nature and the alchemy of yoga, dance, gong meditation, sadhana, ceremony, sharing and more. A unique and restorative experience to start the New Year. or just party (consciously)... New Years Eve Eve (Sunday December 30th) is social night New Years Eve (Monday December 31st) builds gently to a meditative Crossing of the Hour at midnights year end/beginning with Guru Dharam. New Years Day (Tuesday January 1st) sets the positive intention to BE the best you can be in the uplifting company of likeminded people. The retreat is facilitated by a selection of i-SKY alumni - together with Guru Dharam & Darryl A great way to start the New Year and an opportunity to experience the inclusive i-SKY approach whilst enjoying inspiring Kundalini Yoga classes, vegan meals and good company You will be joining a mixed group from complete beginners to experienced students and teachers of Kundalini Yoga together with their friends and family. We are not offering any child friendly sessions on this retreat although older (responsible) teenage children are welcome to join (under the supervision of an adult) - please enquire before booking if you want to bring a teenager.
