WHO IS IT FOR?
The course is for people who:
want to know and understand the nature of their mind
want to master their mind so that it serves the soul and supports its journey
want to improve their meditation
love yoga as a set of techniques for self-management
can be Kundalini yoga teachers or teachers of other techniques for working with the body and mind.

 

This is a practical workshop, led from start to end by GURU DHARAM, founder of the I-SKY school in London (www.i-sky.net), in a spirit of openness, acceptance and freedom, in a friendly community of practitioners.

The course is part of the Professional Development Programme for Kundalini Yoga Teachers, consisting of 5 modules certified by Yoga Alliance Professionals (yogaallianceprofessionals.org).
Participants receive an international certificate of completion from Yoga Alliance Professionals.

 

Location: Bajkowa Zagroda near Radzymin, near Warsaw

 
The course is conducted in English, with accurate translation into Polish.

Accommodation - simple ashram rooms for 2-4 people (www.bajkowazagroda.pl).
Delicious vegetarian/vegan meals that support meditation process.

6 days of workshops / 62 hours

Certificate of completion for teachers.

About the instructor:
GURU DHARAM SINGH KHALSA, BACC RCHM
Guru Dharam has been teaching yoga for 40 years. In 1988, after graduating with a degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine, he founded the Lotus Healing Centre, a holistic practice combining Kundalini Yoga Therapy and TCM.

He served as deputy director of the London Academy of Oriental Medicine from 1988 to 1996.
His formal qualifications have been complemented by intensive interdisciplinary postgraduate studies in indigenous healing; Kabbalah, Mesoamerican shamanic dreams, West African healing practices, White Lotus healing, Black Hat Feng Shui initiations and the Red Thread.
In 1996, Guru Dharam founded the International School of Kundalini Yoga (i-SKY) in the United Kingdom with Darryl O'Keeffe, whose mission is to teach people how to become yoga teachers.
I-SKY has since grown into a global network of teacher training courses.
Guru Dharam and Darryl are also co-authors of the book Kundalini: The Essence of Yoga.
Guru Dharam is the director of the Kundalini Medicine Yoga Therapy Training school, which he founded in 2007 as a safe, effective and therapeutic complement to Western medical practice.
