International Level 2 Teacher Training in Kundalini Yoga

We invite you to the International Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training (certified by KRI - Kundalini Research Institute) in Bajkowa Zagroda near Warsaw.

The course will be taught in English and conducted by teachers of the British i-SKY school, in the spirit of service, acceptance and freedom, for the benefit of the community of practitioners.

Lively, direct contact with charismatic teachers in an intimate group that allows for safety and, at the same time, a very deep understanding of how difficult and important life events occur and work through.

The i-SKY school has been offering all searches for truth and support on the way to an increasingly conscious life for years (since 1996 in Great Britain).

Courses include tools to expand your abilities and capabilities to support others on their path to self-development and to create a better world in challenging times.

The course is designed for:
- kundalini yoga practitioners
- practicing other yoga paths
- teachers of other yoga paths
- all those who have been subjected to yogic action experience
- for kundalini yoga teachers who want to repeat the course.

During the course, you will learn Kundalini yoga techniques, which, by strengthening your body, mind and consciousness, will help you get to know yourself better - you will confront your own boundaries, cleanse your subconscious mind, and touch your Soul.

You will gain the knowledge and skills to create a more active, creative and active life.
For an eligible course program:
- learning breathing, body position, sounds, meditation
- yoga philosophy
- human anatomy - yogic and western
- developing a clear, conscious, meditative mind
- learning about mantra and using it
- developing your own yoga practices
- kundalini yoga teaching methodology
- ethics, role and supervisory conduct.

KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) qualification requirements:
- attendance and participation in all training meetings
- participation and development of teaching skills
- passing the recorded KRI
- participation in 20 kundalini yoga classes (in addition to the course classes)
- creating a schedule of two kundalini yoga lessons
- participation in internships and homework during the course
- completing at least one 40-day kriya and meditation
- receiving feedback from trainers and course participants
- compliance with the regulations
- timely payment of the course fee

Introduction to teaching Kundalini Yoga, what the Age of Aquarius is, about own practice and Sadhana, breath, sound and mantra.

February 22 – 25, 2024 – Livtar Kaur, Anna Mostowicz
Yogi diet and health. Learning the technique and energy of asanas (body positions) and kriyas (sets of body positions).

March 21 – 24, 2024 – Guru Dharam
Eastern anatomy. Chakra Science and 10 Bodies.

April 25 - 28, 2024 Darryl O'Keeffe
Mind, meditation, development of consciousness. Teaching practice for course participants.

May 22 – 26, 2024 – Andrea Bhavdeep
Humanology - the study of man from the point of view of the philosophy of Kundalini Yoga.
Open Day – a day when participants can invite their family, friends and students to come together to practice and celebrate.

June 9, 2024 Online exam.

Training meetings start on Thursday at 10:00 and finish on Sunday at 17:00.
Last meeting May 22-26 (Wednesday 10:00 - Sunday 17:00).
The above hours may change slightly.

Course price:
early registration until October 14, 2023 - course fee PLN 8,880 - confirmed by a non-refundable deposit of PLN 2,000 by November 15, 2023,
additional payment of the remaining amount by December 20, 2023 - PLN 6,880
registration after November 15, 2023 - course fee PLN 9,500.
The place is reserved by paying a deposit of PLN 2,000.
Prices include the cost of textbooks.

Price of accommodation with vegetarian meals
(Thursday – Sunday): PLN 795.
Accommodation in a room with a private bathroom costs an additional PLN 100, subject to availability.
Fee for the last meeting (Wednesday - Sunday):
PLN 1,035
Accommodation and meals payable in cash on site.

The above prices for the course and accommodation with meals may change if:
1. Prices of food products in stores in our country will increase significantly.
2. Prices of electricity, gas, domestic and international transport will increase significantly.
