A bespoke non-residential Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Instructors Course on the South Coast - January 2022 Running: Saturday 22 January 2022 – Sunday 4 September 2022 Facilitator: Livtar Llyn (UK), K1 Certified Level 1 training in Kundalini Yoga starting in January 2022 in-person and online. The original i-SKY K1 training course is a comprehensive 220+ hour Kundalini Yoga Instructor course comprising 180 contact hours (in person instruction) and a minimum of 40 hours of home study. It is registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK) and certified by KRI (USA). There are only 8 spaces on this highly personalised course so early booking is recommended. Our courses are often oversubscribed so please be aware that the final places are allocated in order of receipt of both application form and payment - any applicant who is unsuccessful will be promptly refunded. "The Aquarian Teacher" was the first Kundalini Yoga Instructors course to be offered in the UK and one of the first in the world to be authorised through the Kundalini Research Institute (1995). Although we now register our i-SKY syllabi with Yoga Alliance Professionals, and support their mission to raise the standards of yoga teaching and training worldwide, our course is still certified by KRI as authentic Kundalini Yoga (as popularised in the West by Yogi Bhajan) and additionally by i-SKY to the standards of both Yoga Alliance Professionals and Yoga Alliance (USA). Due to Covid-19 restrictions, parts of an "in-person" course may need to be held "online" at short notice. We aim to offer a reduction in cost of 15% for the unexpectedly online elements of such a "hybrid" course. The published price of the course will remain the same but there will be an "online rebate" applied as a refund at the end of the course (applied at the time of course completion and certification). The South Coast Alverstoke TrainingLed by Livtar Kaur assisted by BenJahmin, Darryl, Guru Dharam, Haridev, Sharmila and other members of the i-SKY team. The training consists of 10 modules spread over a 10-month period, with online support meetings and classes in between the modules. This training will be partly in the studio and partly on line and will cover all elements of a 220+ hour Level 1 Yoga Foundation training including mind and meditation, spirituality, conscious living and nutrition. There is a big focus on becoming a teacher equipped for the Aquarian age, and all that life brings, and also includes a nutritional therapy session to assist your own conscious lifestyle journey. Location Training will take place in Alverstoke in a beautiful, small bespoke studio in Hampshire - near to the sea with some beautiful walks nearby. The training will be held on single days and is non-residential. The two day weekend sessions are online apart from (hopefully) one in Autumn 2021 where participants may need to find their own accommodation (if required). The course includes: How to use breath, posture, sound, and meditation to awaken & train the mind & body. Kundalini and Yogic philosophy. Yogic and Western Anatomy; Developing a clear calm meditative mind Utilising mantra and sacred sound Developing a daily yoga practice; Following a yogic lifestyle; Teaching Kundalini Yoga.
