Sat Nam dear sisters and brothers

OMG there is a part of me that feels uncomfortable in asking you for help.

But having felt that feeling - I going to do it anyway ❤️

I have a brain condition ataxia, which has become my close friend the past 8 month.

From writing books, owning a yogastudio, being self employed and being in service to sharing kundalini yoga, oils and consciousness - to living in a body where the cerebellum is shrinking. The function of walking, feeling myself in space, has gone, however, I am still so grateful I can still walk with a walker and/or cane now. Fine motorics belong to the past, speech is also a function controlled by the cerebellum is affected and so all functions will cease to function at some point.

This really sucks!!!

I have decided to get the most out of this human life I have been given and reach out!

Sushmuna Yoga for Nursery and Infant Schools

Livtar Kaur is offering FREE TRAINING FOR SCHOOLS to teach Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan to nursery and infant children (2-7 yrs olds). This offer will run from September 2019-July 2021 (Two Academic Years). Livtar would like to hear from: Teachers who are interested in the training; Schools or parents (particularly in deprived areas) who would like yoga classes at their schools; Sponsors for the costs of running the training; Venues who might be able to offer space for this or similar activities. Judy Fraser 1943-2018.

Our dear friend, colleague and confidante passed peacefully, at home, surrounded by her family, just before Christmas 2018. She will be much missed by many. After a moving celebratory memorial service her family invited contributions in her memory to be made to The Dorothy House Hospice charity. Contribution in memory of Judy Fraser.

Level 1 Teacher Training Course

Doing the Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training course was a life-changing experience for me. I had been going to classes for four years before making the decision to sign up, so was already familiar with the benefits that KY offers.
