Judy Fraser 1943-2018.

Our dear friend, colleague and confidante passed peacefully, at home, surrounded by her family, just before Christmas 2018. She will be much missed by many. After a moving celebratory memorial service her family invited contributions in her memory to be made to The Dorothy House Hospice charity. Contribution in memory of Judy Fraser.

Livtar Kaur is offering FREE TRAINING FOR SCHOOLS to teach Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan to nursery and infant children (2-7 yrs olds). This offer will run from September 2019-July 2021 (Two Academic Years). Sat Nam dear sisters and brothers

OMG there is a part of me that feels uncomfortable in asking you for help.

But having felt that feeling - I going to do it anyway ❤️

I have a brain condition ataxia, which has become my close friend the past 8 month.

From writing books, owning a yogastudio, being self employed and being in service to sharing kundalini yoga, oils and consciousness - to living in a body where the cerebellum is shrinking. The function of walking, feeling myself in space, has gone, however, I am still so grateful I can still walk with a walker and/or cane now. Fine motorics belong to the past, speech is also a function controlled by the cerebellum is affected and so all functions will cease to function at some point.

This really sucks!!!

I have decided to get the most out of this human life I have been given and reach out!

I was so happy to reconnect with Darryl and Elena ten years after my level 1, and to share these two very special evenings with so many totally radiant, fun, open and loving people. I couldn't imagine a more perfect place to see in a New Year. Thank you, to everyone who made it happen, from the bottom of my heart <3 I wish I didn't live so far away….

derivation of symbols on the 10 bodies

Guru Dharam Khalsa or Darryl O'Keeffe Could you please tell me the derivation of the symbols for the 10 bodies in your book The Kundalini Yoga Experience? I can't find these anywhere else in my KY references. Did it come from YB or conscious communication or your creative mind? I don't like your website. I find it manipulative in it's use of a poem from a cancer awareness campaign. Your paragraphs of 'be the best you can be' surely promote competitiveness rather than dissuade people from a competitive nature which is one of the things I always believed yoga to be about . You seem to be more concerned with business and marketing than a genuine experience. ((( Darryl writes: Thank you M Sparkes for the 2*yogi rating - quite generous for a website you don't like, if I may say so. The poem espouses how we have always felt and where something has come from is less relevant than where it is going to. This is a business but it is based not on marketing but on the experiences offered - which have proven to be worthwhile for many people over several decades now. I genuinely wish for you to be the best you can be, not so you can compete more with other people but so you are blessed to fulfill your infinite potential - which is what I believe yoga to be about )))
