RESTORE & REJUVENATE an online Kundalini Yoga event

1st & 2nd January 2021

Graduating i-SKY Teacher Training K1 student teachers offer a yogic start to the New Year delivered to you online wherever you choose to BE!

This immersive virtual retreat will take place on the 1st & 2nd January 2021 and we invite you to drop in for a variety of Kundalini Yoga and meditation practices, informative workshops and more!

Kundalini Yoga is recognised as the Yoga of Awareness.

Modern Kundalini Yoga is grounded in conscious living.

It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your own self.

Through various simple practices we work to harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body; consciously combining breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity and purify the blood.

It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.

Whether you have practiced yoga of any kind before or if this is your first time you are very welcome to attend; the retreat client care team will be on hand to try to ensure your experience is enjoyable and that you leave feeling uplifted and radiant.

Please register for the event by e-mailing your full name and e-mail address to restore@i-sky.net and our Client Care team will be in touch with further information about the event.

Please add restore@i-sky.net to your Safe Senders list

Please let us know if you have any special needs and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Once you’ve registered your interest, in mid December you’ll also be invited to join a members only social media group (Sutra) which will serve as our information hub for the event and where you’ll receive:

up to the minute information about the event

Zoom login details for the workshops and classes

and more...

The teachings offered are intended to enhance, heal and awaken you.

We anticipate that you will feel a sense of well being.

This is a FREE event but we invite you to make an appropriate and affordable donation to a charity of your choice - "in giving we make the space to receive" - yogis know this as the karmic law of exchange. If you are undecided who to give to, you might choose to support the non-profit work of the UK Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association by making a donation to KYTA.
