Kundalini Yoga is recognised as the Yoga of Awareness.

Modern Kundalini Yoga is grounded in conscious living.

It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your own self.

Through various simple practices we work to harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body; consciously combining breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity and purify the blood.

It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.

Whether you have practiced yoga of any kind before or if this is your first time you are very welcome to attend; the retreat client care team will be on hand to try to ensure your experience is enjoyable and that you leave feeling empowered
