RESIDENTIAL Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Instructors Course - January 2021 Intake

K1 Certified Level 1 training in Kundalini Yoga

The original i-SKY K1 training course is a comprehensive 220+ hour Kundalini Yoga Instructor course comprising 180 contact hours (in person instruction) and a minimum of 40 hours of home study.

This course is generally oversubscribed so please be aware that the final places are allocated in order of receipt of both application form and payment - any applicant who is unsuccessfu will be promptly refunded.

"The Aquarian Teacher" was the first Kundalini Yoga Instructors course to be offered in the UK and one of the first in the world to be authorised through the Kundalini Research Institute (1995). Although we now register our i-SKY syllabi with Yoga Alliance Professionals, and support their mission to raise the standards of yoga teaching and training worldwide, our course is still certified by KRI as authentic Kundalini Yoga (as popularised in the West by Yogi Bhajan) and additionally by i-SKY to the standards of both Yoga Alliance Professionals and Yoga Alliance (USA).

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, parts of an "in-person" course may need to be held "online". We aim to offer a reduction in cost of 15% for the online elements of such a "hybrid" course. The published price of the course will remain the same but there will be an "online rebate" applied as a refund at the end of the course (applied at the time of course completion and certification).

Update 7th September 2020. Our residential venue, Ufton Court, is following the UK Government Covid-19 advice for Residential Schools and we have replaced our October "in-person" intake with a November "online" option (which will also support any of our "in-person" students around the world who may have to shield or self-isolate at any point). Our next  residential "in-person" intake at Ufton Court will begin 15-17 January 2021.

"I would not interfere with any creed of yours,

nor want to appear that I have all the cures.

There is so much to know.

So many things are true,

the way my feet must go may not be best for you.

And so I give this spark of what is light to me,

to guide you through the dark,

but not to tell you what to see."
